Shipping Policy
At ridersmall.com we provide the best possible shipping services for our friends and customers. The available shipping methods will be displayed during our checkout process. The shipping time and cost vary based on the method you select, so your order total will change with your selected method.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii And US Protectorates
There is a $15 charge for standard shipping for AK, HI, and US Protectorates (Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands or the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands) for order over $100. Optional upgrades to 2 Day Air and Next Day Air are available. 2 Day for $64.99 and next Day for $84.99. For orders less than $100, there is a $9.95 charge for standers shipping.
Canada/International Shipping
We are able to ship to Canada. There is flat-rate charge of $24.99 for Canada Standard shipping for order over $100 and $14.95 for orders less than $100. On average, Canada Standard takes 10 to 14 days to be delivered.
We are able to ship to all over the world for flat-rate charge of $59.99 for orders over $100 and $29.99 for orders less than $100.
Expedited Shipping
If you would like faster shipping for your order, we offer One Day Shipping, Two Day Shipping and Premium (3-5 day) Shipping. Please note that these methods will not deliver to PO Boxes. These shipping methods run from Monday-Friday only. We are not able to offer expedited shipping for a weekend delivery. If an order is placed with One Day Shipping on a Thursday afternoon, it will ship out on Friday and arrive Monday. We don’t offer three day, two day, and one day shipping for order which are directly shipped from our manufacturer. After placing order with urgent delivery, if the product is not available in our U.S warehouse, we will call you and let you know the situation.
PO Box Shipping
If you would like faster shipping for your order, we offer One Day Shipping, Two Day Shipping, and Premium (3-5 day) Shipping. Please note that these methods will not deliver to PO Boxes. These shipping methods run from Monday-Friday only. We are not able to offer expedited shipping for a weekend delivery. If an order is placed with One Day Shipping on a Thursday please check the expected arrival date on the checkout page. Most orders placed before 12 PM CST on a Thursday will be delivered by Friday, if the order is placed after 12 PM CST delivery could be delayed until Monday.
APO Shipping
We are able to ship to APO addresses via USPS Priority Shipping. However, the tracking updates for those orders can be irregular. Often, these orders arrive within 2 weeks, but in some cases they can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
When will it ship?
Almost all of our items ship out of our warehouse within 1 business day of the order being placed. If some sizes are not available in our warehouse, it shipped directly from the manufacturer and usually ship out within 2-4 days. During the checkout process you can see an expected arrival date range below the shipping methods.
We ship orders Monday-Friday, so if an order that says it ships in 1 business day is selected on a Friday, it may not be sent out until Monday. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Undeliverable Packages
Sometimes packages are returned to us as undeliverable due to an issue with the shipping address. When we receive an undeliverable package back to us, you will be issued a full refund (including shipping cost). Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to receive the item, a new order can be placed online.
If you are concerned that your order will not be delivered due to an error in the address, and have not received communication from us regarding its return or refund after 4 weeks, please contact us.
